Our iOS delivery methodology is a sub-component of our Client Delivery Management Processes. We have over 120 Delivery & QA templates in support of these activities, including items such as:

• Release Plans & Scoping
• Project Plans & Status Dashboards
• Requirements & Traceability
• Design
• Development
• Testing
• Marketing

We have already automated the project launch process to create the appropriate initial documents, deliverables and directory structures so our team members can have a head start on the execution of the project.

As we roll-out our intranet site, we will further empower our team members to be even more productive while producing client deliverables.
